Hi lovely Readers! Let me tell you about my adventurous side. Recently I was in Bangalore and some of my friends suggested that we should do something crazy. Generally I have crazy parties to talk about when I am in Bangalore but this time it was different . ” Lets try ATV ( All Terrain Vehicles) in the wild.” That was the idea and guess what “Dirt Mania” near Bangalore had what it takes. The Quad bikes , the hilly terrain, a good weather ,some good trainers and some of my craziest friends – what else do I need.
We reached Dirt Mania around afternoon and were greeted by the enthusiastic representatives from Dirt Mania. From the first look it looked like a place made out of passion for adventure more than anything else. They had a good range of Quad bikes of different shapes and sizes. After we selected the bikes we were asked to take these unstoppable beasts around a dirt track for getting a feel of the ride. The trainers gave individual attention to all of us and made sure we learn to operate the bikes of our own. I should say for some one who knows basics of riding its very easy to handle. But even for novice its takes a few minutes to get rolling .
After we got some practice we started out exploring the hilly terrain . After all these bikes are built to be tested on literally all types of terrain. I was surprised with their ability to climb almost any obstacle at ease. The trainers and support staff lead the way through the forests and hills and they made sure , at all time, that everyone in the group is safe. At times few of us went into the buses due to mishandling but the support staff got us out in no time and we were again rolling through rough and muddy terrain. After almost 5KM or so we reached the highest point of that area with a great view – an excellent photo opp – and we lined up our beasts . The support staff took various pictures while we looked our coolest on these quad bikes . By this time it was almost sunset and after chilling at this view point we started heading back. Most of us were speeding as we gained more confidence after our ride but the trainers were continuously making sure that we follow the trail and return back safely.
We were all very tired once we got back but then while we were planning to leave Dirt Mania we looked at another activity , well one of my favorites, “Paint Ball”. How can we not play paint ball ? so ignoring the rush, we decided to play a game of paint ball. We quickly changed to out safety gears and soon everyone was having a gun in their hands. It was super fun to shoot at others with the paint balls. Not to mention , our team won the game .By this time it got quite dark and we bid good bye to our friends are Dirt Mania and headed towards Bangalore. It was day full of fun, adventure and laughter. Thank you Dirt Mania for making all this possible and letting us have such a great time.
